Virtues of Strangers — Sharon McAnear

In the 60s, Jemma was the It girl in tiny Chillaton, Texas. In 1976, not so much. Her art is not ready for her big show, she can't wear anything without an elastic waist, and her toddlers rule. Her husband, architect Spencer Chase, just hired a sexy newcomer as his assistant. Lots of strangers are in town, including Jemma's own, dear Spencer. Can crows warn us of the future? Start counting. Meanwhile, the sheriff and the feisty postmistress are trying to figure out if her late husband had any virtues or was he in the Mafia?
