Cock-a-Doodle-Oops! — Lori Degman

When Rooster leaves for a week at the beach, the other animals must pick up the slack and perform Rooster's cock-a-doodle duty - to wake Farmer McPeeper.  The animals soon learn that McPeeper's a very deep sleeper and he sleeps the entire week.  Rooster finally returns, with the first surprise twist of the story, which leads to the hilarious twist ending that will have readers crowing with laughter.
