      About This Book

      The final book in the Young Trailers series. This book follows Henry Ware, Paul Cotter, Thomas Ross (Silent Tom), James Hart (Long Jim), & Solomon Hyde (Shif'less Sol). Their adventure takes place through Kentucky and Ohio. Once again, they use their foresting skills to help their fellow settlers against the British and the Indians. Timmendiquas, the Indian chief, wishes to make war on the settlers. Henry and the rest of the five must use their foresting skills to discover the plot and help to save their fellow borderers.
