Zimbabwe Falcon is a historical novel that covers a period from 1888 until 1923. The story is centered on the region between the Limpopo and Zambezi Rivers. Here black Jews built the Great Zimbabwe. Into this region marched the Rhodesian Pioneers to challenge Lobengula, King of the Ndebele nation. This Zulu tribe had only sixty years earlier seized this land from the Shona.
Into this mix of different tribes and cultures are added the Boers; the white tribe of Africa. They are involved in the various conflicts and shifting alliances. In the end the Pioneers will prevail and establish Rhodesia, which will survive as a country into the twentieth century.
