ZENA Space Scout — S.A. Pavli

Captain Jason Matis is a lone Space Scout. His job is to search for habitable planets for the Earth's Space Exploration Service. For his next trip he is assigned a crew member; Zena, a beautiful and totally realistic female android. She is the result of a project to develop artificial consciousness. But their trip becomes a struggle for survival against a hostile alien civilisation. A struggle during which they become intimately dependent upon each other, challenging their relationship and Zena's development.
