Don Osprey of Falcon Investigations is approached by one of Hollywood's pimps to look into the sudden and mysterious disappearance of ladies of pleasure from the streets of Hollywood. He is soon convinced that he is dealing with something far more sinister than the workings of a serial killer. The sparse clues lead him to investigate the actions of a large medical science hospital with centers in both Northern and Southern California. Similar happenings in the San Francisco area strengthen his belief to be on the right track. Dealing with crooked and dangerous criminals, willing to do whatever is necessary to protect their evil business, death is Osprey's constant companion. With the help of his police buddies of the Hollywood Precinct, he finally obtains the necessary evidence of the medical center's involvement in the missing streetwalkers. Police pressure forces the center to take desperate steps, which in turn lead to police actions, forcing the criminals into a deadly attempt to make their getaway.
