Cathleen Kaisand has found the job of her dreams. Though she really doesn't want to work, would prefer to find a man who can take care of her as she'd like to grow accustomed to being cared for, she is happy to be given a chance to work for one of the Top 500 companies in the world and to garner the perks that go along with it.
After selling her furniture and the home in which she'd been born and raised, saying farewell to the few acquaintances she had, she begins the long, tiring drive from her native Georgia to Massachusetts. It seemed a small price to pay for gaining such a terrific position.
On the way, Cathleen will meet the man of her dreams. But in dreams things aren't always what they seem and Cathleen will learn that sometimes dreams can turn into nightmares along a dark, deserted highway.
