Whisper Through the Trees is the third book in the Willow series. Although the characters from the first two books in the Willow series make an appearance in this book, this story is complete in itself. Cade Austin's solitude to work on his latest novel is interrupted when he finds an injured, unconscious woman on his morning jog. He had walked away from a career in the FBI and never intended to be responsible for the safety of another person again. The beautiful woman he found beside the road causes him to rethink that position when he realizes her temporary memory loss has left her vulnerable to another potential attack from the assailant that she can't quite remember.
