LuLu can't help but be fascinated by the spate of unexpected deaths of people she knows, as being reported in her old hometown newspaper in Bangor, Maine, who have suddenly and unexpectedly turned up dead in various locations around the local landscape. But, the interest increases alarmingly for her when she opens the paper's website one night in New York City, and sees the details of her very own ghastly untimely demise.
