A sleepy lagoon known as Lagoonieville is nestled into the Virgin Islands. The people in and around the lagoon are Lagoonies; they are a friendly bunch of boat bums, veterans from various wars, and some are waiting for the Statute of Limitation to clear them; but the Lagoonies wish no harm, to anyone. Unfortunately, in the same ocean is another island, but its people are warriors full of hate who will never rest until they control America. With help from other countries around the globe, they successfully brainwash tourists and immigrants to become killers, who use chemicals to poison the portable water and kill all crops to greatly reduce the American population. They are delighted to see that American's have been turned into rat food. Our two protagonists, Charlie and Jim, must walk through the big city of Miami and battle thousands of starving rats to find Charlie's fiancée. Even in war romance can be found; but not as easy as death. Want to know what can happen to America's freedom? Just turn the pages.
