What The Hell is a story about the trials and tribulations of the very outspoken, Ms. Cherry. She is the center of everybody's issues and has had her share of own problems and feels why the hell does she keep finding herself in the same place. She tells it like it is and biting her tongue is something she never does. She finds herself caught in a lot of hot situations that makes her ask, What The Hell?
