From toddler to teen, Dianna Bratcher was hopelessly in love with Greg O'Rourke, her brother Tom's best friend. It is years, however, before Greg asks Dianna -- via Tom -- to be his wife, and then only for a weekend to promote a business deal. Although Tom and Greg are seven years her senior, at twenty-four, a mature Dianna believes she is finally immune to the O'Rourke mystique. She hasn't seen Greg in nine years but, because she has not been able to fall in love with anyone else, and because she is seriously contemplating marriage to Griffin Mayo, Dianna agrees to Tom and Greg's latest dare. She refuses to be bullied, however, and will play the part strictly on her terms. Beautified, emotionally fortified and mentally braced, Dianna believes she has properly prepared for a face-to-face. She has not, however, anticipated the chaos Greg detonates inside her from “Hello.”
