Matt Bowles, Medal of Honor winner Roman Catholic priest is tough. Entrusted with delivering six hundred million American dollars to the Vatican and a leather pouch containing another million--the only hope for three thousand stranded, homeless Jews fleeing Germany who must buy passage to Palestine--he flies to Rome, only to have his DC-6 sabotaged and crash on landing.
