Working the helpdesk at a large contracting firm should be a straight forward job for an IT professional. Unfortunately, when the company is staffed by vampires and the jaded "helpless desk" technician is too lazy to notice, answers are hard to come by. Times change and he wont be lazy for long, his destiny is more than paper jams and voicemails. He's not aware of it, but becoming a vampire is a process. Once he is one of them maybe some work orders will get done.
