Upclose and Personal — Gay Toltl Kinman

Jo Peters, a burned-out Los Angeles County District Attorney, has quit and taken a part-time job as a City Attorney for Mirasol, her hometown, which is adjacent to Los Angeles. Here she won't have to deal with murder and mayhem. Since Jo is only working part-time, she takes on a case as a P.I. for a former neighbor, Maray Mesa, who owns a jet-leasing company, who believes someone is trying to kill her.
