Taylor has a heart problem and a stressful job, dead in a year without changes the doctors said. She goes to Mexico to make changes or die. Taylor finds last year's lover dead, washed to her feet by a wave. The handsome police Captain thinks she is a prime suspect. The charming beach bum can't keep his eyes, or his hands off her.
