Charles returns to America and receives an alarming telegram. Construction workers are being killed. Charles knows he must go to Orlando to resolve the issue to prevent the construction company from walking off the job. Charles visits Atlanta and is upset with the slow progress and struggles to get the Construction Company up to speed and insists they hire more men or he will open his own Construction Company and hire hundreds of workers to get the work done in a timely fashion.
