Kenny Scanlon is on another confusing adventure through time. The alien who sold him the time travel device a few years earlier has returned and he's enlisted Kenny to track down another Pysonian who's on the run from the law. The fugitive has secured a machine that allows him to travel sideways through time, hopping between timelines instead of simply traveling forward or backward. The chase takes Kenny, his girlfriend Aisha, and his loyal buddy Travis across dozens of often bizarre timelines as they desperately try to exact a particularly haphazard form of galactic justice.
