Army Snipers Scott Maddux and his best friend Thomas Richardson are sent on a black-ops mission into China by a CIA operator known to them as Kryor only to discover that they have been set up by the same man who sent them. They are forced to go on the run to try and find out the truth behind the conspiracy that they have become wrapped up in order to try and stop a war breaking out between China and America.
