The Thanksgiving Train — Richard L. Stein

The Thanksgiving Train highlights the love and friendship brought together by family - no matter how strange the family might be. Both Clarence, the Sweet Woods Amusement Park's engineer, and his little train, Steamer, are getting old and coming down with a late autumn cold, So, they begin limping home after a work season made longer with good weather. On the way, they meet several unusual and needy new friends and battle an early snowstorm. Clarence wants to get home to his wife and a great Thanksgiving meal.
