1586, Atlantic coast, America English settlers hoping for a new life are met with unexpected tragedy. A dark and sinister mystery lurks on the green shores of a young continent as a colony disappears without a trace. The colonists welcome into their midst a young woman and her dog, victims of a ship wreck..but the two are not what they seem to be. Petra and Kipp, a pair of time travelling historians, have arrived from the twentieth century to use their unique talents to unravel the mystery of the Lands Point Colony. Telepathic and uncommonly perceptive, they have an eye for detail and a nose for trouble. In early America, survival is a challenge. Time travel is inherently risky and a fact finding mission spins dangerously out of control.
