The Shadow of the Dog — Erich von Neff

Is it the shadow of the dog, the wolf, the werewolf, or man himself that looms with his dual personality and bestial nature? The answer is in a cube. A black cube stands on its edge, balanced on a transparent plane. A man standing on the plane holds one of the cube’s edges. The man shouts “I can push it over. I can push it over.” The shadow of the dog looms over the man. With fiery eyes he wrestles with the dog.
