Beaten in his last match, Michael awakens to find himself trapped in a strange world. Stripped of his dragon, magic and pride, by the Witch Ignatia Pavati Yew, his only hope for escape is in the mysterious and beautiful Maria. Further, he's trapped with an alter ego of an ancestor Lucifer Hexgram, who's only goal is to keep them both alive, even at the expense of Michael himself. But this mage has much more to offer when she leads him on a journey to recover his family's stolen artifacts inside a perilous desert. All the while Crowley is still plotting in the other world and only one family is capable of stopping him. Can this young mage manage to rediscover what allowed him to use magic in the first place and escape his wrongful imprisonment? Or will the pressure be too much for him to bare without his magic backing him up. One thing is for certain though, Michael's going to have to bring out all the stops if he's going to survive this one.
