I started this book somewhere in late 2011 under the title “Civil War 2012.” I published a chapter each Thursday at midnight, and I was overwhelmed by the response. The fictional story involved scenarios that were either happening, close to happening, or could happen. We live in a precarious world!Unfortunately I never finished it. For a while, fans wrote to me to ask me to finish it. It was a particular time in my life where I went from Houston to San Diego to London to Scotland to Spain, and finally to South Africa.I have now settled and the story is complete. I apologize to those readers who were left hanging in the air, but here it is. And, yes, all those things could still happen!
