What procedures are in place to safeguard the country if the president goes insane? Riots and other violence are tearing America apart. Civil war looms on the horizon. Law and order are just words in the dictionary. A megalomaniac general plans a military coup, for the president is not really the president. The impostor's mission is to get things so chaotic there will be no choice but to declare martial law. Sam Zavich and his team, now beginning their first assignments for a "nonexistent" government agency, are sent to determine the extent of the problem and solve it. The real president has been kidnapped, and a double has taken his place. Sam's group must stop it before the United States is turned into a military dictatorship--or a smoking ruin.
