On the hunt for the infamous specter, The Ragman, the producers of a YouTube show, Ghoulish Tales, pay a visit to an abandoned, turn-of-the-century Victorian. According to urban myth, The Ragman will only materialize if ragged clothing is laid out on a floor. Despite meticulously implementing the necessary measures, The Ragman is a no-show, inciting a premature wrap-up by the crew. Coming to the realization the rags were left behind after the shoot, the show's host, Curtis, returns to the Victorian, on his own, and confirms the existence of the entity.
