An 11 year old orphaned boy has witnessed the murder of the woman looking after him. When investigators discover the boy is a protege artist who sells his paintings for thousands, they push him to paint the face of the killer. But the boy refuses, insisting that first they take him to his other family, a family which the authorities reluctant;y conclude must be from his reincarnated past.
