Yvonne Cartier visits her old homestead in Australia, to find that the present owner has been reduced to bankruptcy by his neighbour. She decides to assist him and at the same time to get vengeance on this neighbouring villain. At the same time, Sexton Blake is enlisted by the neighbour to assist him in finding his lost stock.
