It's Christmas Eve and Annie's electricity's been out for hours. An old college friend, who now works for the power company, arrives on her doorstep.

Unable to fix her lines, Erik, convinces Annie to come home with him. He promises hot chocolate, It's a Wonderful Life on DVD, and music. The music which has always been a special bond between them.
