An orphan raised by outlaws, Dusty begins a search for the family he never knew. Learning that his father is Johnny McCabe, he heads to the legendary gunfighter''s Montana ranch. While Dusty gets to know them, Johnny and his son and daughter try to determine if he is truly family. Then raiders strike the ranch, leaving Johnny critically wounded.
