Morgana (Ana) Williams is left a dilapidated mansion by her late uncle. Her mother is terrified of it because it is said to be haunted. She regards the inheritance as no more than a big responsibility, and a white elephant for Ana, who sees it as a rare opportunity to become a successful hotelier. Ana's problem is to find sufficient money to get the enterprise going, and, strangely, the solicitor seems to want her to abandon her project. Little does she know that her Welsh pirate ancestor could be paramount in helping her realize her ambition. But before that is likely, there is a frightening price to pay.
