The Russian Occupation Force are pulling out of England and the Resistance Movement calls once again on the services of David Seymour, alias Agent David Garnett, and his partner, the girl Dane. This time they place them squarely between the Hawks, who favour stepping up their terrorist campaign and the Doves, who prefer to co-operate with a puppet government in return for some influence in the affairs of state.
