Ben Magner is a homicide detective with a new partner.  His name is Sid Diesel and he's the first metahuman to join the Hammer City PD since masked vigilantism (being a superhero) was outlawed.  Did the Chief give Ben a new partner because he's stressed out?  Will his work get in the way of his relationship with the beautiful Karla?  Can metahumans who can punch through brick walls be trusted?
