Set in the near future, a series of crises cause the United States to hold a Second Constitutional Convention to rewrite the U.S. Constitution to take into account the different, and far deadlier, world that exists. But instead of a new and stronger nation, the Second Constitutional Convention unleashes a greater crisis that threatens to destroy the nation and everything it represents.
