The Dancing Boy
A Special Forces unit were led into an ambush trying to take out an Afghan warlord called Khan. They were betrayed by one of their own. There was no inquiry. Officially it never happened. Now Captain Colt, who commanded that raid, is approached by Cat Mercer, a female Air Force Intelligence officer. He was one of the few who survived the hell at Naz Mak. He meets her at the funeral of the last victim of the raid who had been held captive for exactly 100 days. Cat says she knows who the traitor is - but is she all she seems? On the hunt for the traitor they visit a retired Admiral but are too late to save him as he dies a cruel and callous death. The chase moves to London and across America and all they have is a photograph which holds the clue to the traitor's identity. As they get closer to him they are aware of other players, the soldier who had a mysterious premonition of what was going to happen at Naz Mak and pulled out of the mission, the Police Chief in California searching for three missing children and a shadowy figure from the Pentagon. Together Colt and Cat have to learn to trust each other when there is no one else they dare trust as they try to find the secret of the dancing boy. They have to watch each other's backs, until one of them decides to do it their own way.
