The amazing Gil Yates is at it again - the loveable Private Investigator has taken another contingency assignment. This time he is caught up in the high-stakes art world, hired by a flamboyant director of a Los Angeles museum. The assignment: Locate and return a Monet oil painting that was switched with a fake. Yates traipses to England and Switzerland to uncover dubious art gallery owners, a master forger and exciting women, as well as his old nemesis Michael Haadad, the arms dealer.
