The discovery of a skeleton in the rooftop storage room of The Chiliad, a luxury 80-suite condo overlooking Lake Ontario, shatters the serenity of the ultra rich residents. Inspector Douglas tells them that the murderer lives among them and that makes every resident a suspect. Fear and finger pointing take over as the rumor mill swings into high gear. A power-hungry, pompous board member uses the murder to manipulate an equally power hungry resident in a vicious attempt to bring down the president and install a puppet he can control in the president's chair. Two psychics hold a sAA(c)ance with disastrous results. Another murder and suspicious death plus blackmail take place before the murderer is arrested. A reporter closes his final story by quoting Fitzgearld. "The rich are not like us." He adds, "I never knew what he meant until I met the residents of The Chiliad."
