Children's Show hosts are being found dead, with pennies on their eyes. Is it the work of a cult or is it just the cartoons?There's a killer loose in the city! People are being murdered in different bizarre methods. The only thing these victims have in common is that they all work for local stations and are involved in Children's Show Programs that feature and play old cartoons. The most disturbing thing about all of these murders, is that each victim is found with copper pennies placed over their eyes.Detective Frank Robbins of the Police Department, obtains the help of local pop-culture expert, Dr. Bishop Hart, to assist with the case.
