Mrs. Kangaroo is really quite absent-minded. She is so surprised when she finds a koala bear in her pouch and wonders where she could have possibly left Joey, her baby. Searching in the forest in Australia she encounters a pair of owls, a cassowary, a wombat, a Kookooburra bird and a little native boy practicing throwing a boomerang.
