After being denied the chance to play in Little League, these determined youngsters form their own baseball team, the Cards, coached by their ringleader and ace pitcher, twelve-year-old Bobby Grant, who was born without a left hand. The comedic escapades get rolling as Bobby and his cohorts hatch unconventional schemes to raise money for much-needed baseball equipment.
