Colonel Blood's attempt to rob the Tower of its treasure in 1671 failed because of his difficulties in escaping from the fortress after the theft. Otto Kraft, ruthless leader of a gang of modern thieves, is certain that he can easily break into the Jewel House and get away - by helicopter.
