The Beggar's Tales — Greg Moran

After meeting a curious, old beggar one dark and foggy night, he proceeds to tell me a series of strange and fascinating stories. As I listen, I am transported to a mining town in which a man discovers a skeleton clutching a valuable, yet deadly, object. Next, I find myself in a suburban neighborhood with a man whose love of gardening leads to obsession, misery, and ultimately death. Then, I am taken to London where I encounter a writer who, after purchasing a mysterious typewriter, finds himself in serious trouble with the law. And finally, I visit a nervous chemist, whose attempt to cure himself of his fears has unintended consequences.
