Dr. Jack Watson better known as Commander Mercury in a quest to find a cure for his wife's cancer creates at Formula containing too much Mercury. In doing so he creates a race of mutant super heroes who are doctors who provide Sub Planetary Peace against the evil forces of Skelitionizers and green aliens who cause havoc to a peaceful city being built on Saturn 2.
