Tall and Uncut
During the seventeenth century Spanish explorers explored what would become the American Southwest. During these unregulated and sometimes illegal expeditions one such expedition stumbled upon the cavernous opening to an underground river. The only source of water within a hundred miles in any direction. Realizing the value of such a good and permanent supply of water the expedition turned back to report their findings. Unfortunately a warparty of unidentified Indians attacked the expedition; leaving few survivors who finally reached one of the missions along the modern day border with Mexico. The survivors were unable to retrace their steps to the underground river. Thus adding another legend to the vast wilderness of the American West. No one knows just when the evil witches called "Skinwalkers" started. These witches preyed on those sheperds and isolated Native American families for untold generations. Usually they didn't kill their victems, rather they wanted their victems to suffer psychologically as well as financially. Even today these Skinwalkers still spread their own brand of home grown terrorist tactics in the isolated rural areas of northern Mexico and the American Southwest. An area now known as the four corners.
