This book was originally a large-format printed puzzle book and here I'm attempting to make it available as an eBook. I don't know if it will work, but here goes. The file is 26MB which is as large as I can make it. I hope it works, but as no publisher seems interested in reprinting the book this is the only way I can get a version to fans. Enjoy.
