Star Gazer
Someone is stalking Peter Rossellini, America's hottest new pop sensation. But this is no ordinary celebrity stalker. He (or she) is killing Rossellini lookalikes and using scenes from his music videos as settings for the murders. There can be no doubt that this person is obsessed, but is Rossellini in danger? Homicide detective Lt. Mario Buratti hates the weird ones, but he does have help in the form of MacKenzie Griffin, criminal psychologist and NYPD consultant. It is her job to sift through Rossellini's most fanatical fans in an attempt to weed out the murderer. In the meantime, she gets to know the surprisingly down-to-earth star, who turns out to be much more interesting and charming than his enormous celebrity might indicate. As Mac gets closer to Peter, she begins to think that the murderer is closer, too. Perhaps his ex-lover, or his bitter ex-partner, or even someone from his entourage. When she finally discovers the truth, she realizes that no one can be trusted, and it is up to her to save Peter... before it's too late.
