It starts when Eve Lawson stumbles into the Tate Investigations office, hoping to find out who's following her. Who'd want to follow a bland writer working on a book about real estate? With Eve's eighties wardrobe, Tucker can only imagine it's the fashion police. But work means needed income for Tucker and Charley, who strike gold when murder enters the equation.
