On a routine business project to Bermuda, Kevin Sinclair is confronted with an evil Eastern European agent, Miss Borski, whose intent is steeling vital secrets from an underwater communication system and she will go to any length in achieving her mission. Kevin's best friend, Kurt Van Hedrick, is forced to dive to the depths of the ocean in the on board submersible to uncover the secret.
