How it all began... with a shadowy mysterious figure...
When Monique Lacroix went to visit her aunt at her estate in the bayou, she soon senses she is being watched by a shadowy, mysterious figure, which she doesn't take seriously---at first!
Then the dead body of her old nurse is found floating in the swamp--and there are too realistic tales told of a crazed woman in a wedding dress who kills brides to be--and another death--and the shadow looms larger and more threatening. But there is a purpose to this seeming madness, a purpose all the more horrifying because it has come with a logical, deadly plan, contrived by a very sane individual.
