Cosamian Dastou is the last Saint alive. Worshiped as a god by some, hated by many, he lives in a world where mass-hypnotism controls the creation of modern infrastructure. Invited to a meeting at the world's first ever embassy, Dastou is witness to a terrorist attack aimed at him of such brutal magnitude that he is forced to personally investigate why it happened at all. The unraveling of old secrets and mysteries in this strange world begins there, and leads the Saint, his comrades, and his subordinates to an increasingly odd and dangerous series of events.
